At Liberty Kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer options for exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the conditions described below.


1. Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Be requested within 7 days of delivery

Important: Personalized or customized items are non-refundable, unless defective.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at storelibertykids@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

  • Photo(s) if the item arrived defective or damaged

Our team will review your request and provide the return instructions within 1–2 business days.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items sent by us.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Note: Some payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item (for a different size, color, or product):

  • We will process the exchange as soon as we receive the original item

  • If the item is no longer in stock, you may choose a refund or store credit


6. Store Credit (Optional)

You may request a store credit instead of a refund, which will be issued in the form of a discount code for future purchases.


7. Defective or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
